At a special event in Sydney, the menswear and womenswear winners of the Australian and New Zealand regional final of this year’s International Woolmark Prize were announced, with Exinfinitas and Macgraw taking out this year’s honours, respectively. Judged by a panel including designers Richard Nicoll and Jason Wu, and Manuscript editor-in-chief Mitchell Oakley Smith, the designers will each receive a cash prize of $50,000(AUD), expert industry mentorship, and will both go on to represent the region at the international finals in London and Paris next January.
