Australian footwear brand Feit doesn’t work on a seasonal basis, preferring instead to evolve and expand upon its existing – and popular – range. For spring 2015, a new take on its stitchdown shoes are crafted from a hairy suede in both the regular style and a low hiking boot. These feature a double-stitch down construction, wider welt, chunky mid-sole with two layers of buffalo leather, and a hand-stitched pull-tab, making it more robust than earlier versions. As always, quality is core to Feit’s shoes, employing advanced Goodyear construction techniques, while the upper is made from a single piece of leather, which is dyed with natural pigments, allowing it to age richly over time.
